Easily my favorite post so far. As a teacher, I can say you nailed the process. Engaging with an audience is also underrated and you showed the joy that comes when a well-planned presentation meets enthusiastic listeners.

Thanks so much for sharing this, Sue. It's gratifying to hear you - a bonafide teacher - say I nailed the process. Maybe it's just my passion for user-centered design/usability, but engaging seems like a good idea. I really appreciate your comments and feedback/validation.

I have a friend who - after several years working in industry - decided to go back to school and get a Ph.D. and is today a professor. I'm proud of and happy for him.

Having already spent a lot of years in university, I may seek a different path.
